Job Title: Revenue Growth Analyst

A revenue growth analyst is needed for a role that involves providing detailed analysis to support the Cluster Revenue Manager in developing competitive and effective pricing strategies that drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will be a data-driven, analytical professional with a strong focus on maximizing hotel revenue and market performance. Ideally, you bring experience in a hotel front office or reservations department, along with familiarity with revenue management systems like IDeaS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide detailed analysis to support the Cluster Revenue Manager in developing competitive and effective pricing strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Assist with the implementation of the hotel's sales strategy by managing and coordinating pricing recommendations across multiple booking channels, including direct, third-party, and corporate segments.
  • Regularly analyze the performance of deployed revenue strategies and tactics, identifying trends, and recommending adjustments to optimize outcomes.
  • Monitor and evaluate key distribution channels, ensuring optimal marketing exposure and revenue generation across platforms like OTAs, brand.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of recent trends across all revenue streams to assist the Cluster Revenue Manager in revenue forecasting and budgeting.
  • Leverage business intelligence tools and gather market insights to support revenue strategies and ensure the hotel remains competitive within the market.
  • Create and maintain reports on key metrics such as RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy, offering actionable insights and forecasts for upcoming business periods.
  • Support ad hoc revenue projects, including revenue maximization initiatives, pricing experiments, and cross-property rate harmonization efforts within the cluster.

  • Data-driven, analytical professional with a strong focus on maximizing hotel revenue and market performance.
  • Experience in a hotel front office or reservations department, along with familiarity with revenue management systems like IDeaS.
