Job Title: Business & Finance Controller

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business & Finance Controller to join our finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets and trade results, to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate financial risks.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS and US GAAP accounting standards.
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers and general ledgers.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to business operations teams.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CGMA/CPA or international equivalent).
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in auditing complex large businesses or as a business controller.
  • Advanced IT skills in MS Office.
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP and related systems.
  • Ability to critically analyze business processes to identify risk and relevant mitigating controls.
