Job Description

Auchrannie Resort is seeking a motivated and organized Front Desk Associate to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless guest experiences by providing a warm welcome, efficient check-in/check-out procedures, and accurate record-keeping.
  • Upsell products and services, promoting resort offerings and island attractions to enhance the guest experience.
  • Manage bookings, reservations, and payments effectively, utilizing PMS systems and maintaining accurate records.
  • Handle all communication channels professionally, conveying the personality of Auchrannie and resolving any issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a 4/5* hospitality business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a calm and composed demeanor under pressure.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Salary Range:

We offer a competitive annual salary of £28,000 - £40,000, based on experience.
