Description:

The role of an Education Director at Planet Education Networks involves strategic planning and management of the admission process within an educational institution. The successful candidate will lead a team of professionals in overseeing and managing the entire application process from inquiry to enrolment, ensuring effective and efficient execution of admission procedures.

This senior-level position requires strong leadership and team management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Education Director must be able to formulate, review, and update admissions policies and procedures, while also conducting regular training sessions to keep the team updated on admission policies and best practices.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Education Director will be expected to oversee the collection and processing of application materials, maintain accurate records of applicants, and respond to inquiries via phone or email. They will also provide guidance and information about admissions requirements, deadlines, and programs offered, and collaborate with the marketing team to create recruitment strategies.

Furthermore, the Education Director will be responsible for reviewing application documents and determining applicant eligibility, working with academic staff to evaluate applicants' academic qualifications and alignment with the institution's goals, and analysing admissions data and trends to forecast future enrolment and make data-driven decisions.

To be successful in this role, candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred) and 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a similar industry, preferably in a leadership role. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the education sector is also essential.
