About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Regional Facilities Manager to join our team in the Midlands portfolio. As a Regional Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 15-20 industrial properties, ensuring high standards of maintenance and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of industrial properties, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintenance standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to deliver services such as ground maintenance, CCTV, and security.
- Prepare and reconcile service charge budgets for properties under management.
- Provide regular reports to line managers on portfolio performance, risks, and solutions.
- Ensure sites meet all health and safety and maintenance standards.
Requirements:
- IOSH or NEBOSH certification
- Good understanding of health and safety compliance
- Experience managing a multi-site portfolio
- Service charge budget experience
