Job Title: Regional Facilities Portfolio Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Regional Facilities Portfolio Manager to join our team at Gleeson Recruitment Group. As a Regional Facilities Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 15-20 industrial properties, ensuring all property maintenance is planned and maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of industrial properties, ensuring all property maintenance is planned and maintained to a high standard.
  • Draft and reconcile service charge budgets relating to the properties under management.
  • Manage subcontractors and actioning SLA's and KPI's.
  • Analyse compliance and performance reports from suppliers to support ESG strategy and wider ISO 14001 requirements.
  • Coordinate all H&S works to ensure compliance of properties.
  • Provide regular reports to line manager on portfolio performance, risks and solutions.

Requirements:

  • IOSH or NEBOSH certification.
  • Good understanding of H&S Compliance.
  • Service charge budget experience.
  • Understanding of commercial leases and contract law.
  • Experience managing a multi-site portfolio.
