Job Description

The Police Operations Lead will play a key role in supporting the Force in fighting crime and protecting people. This includes setting organisational strategy, standards, and operational policy.

  • Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
  • Key responsibilities include:
  • • Supporting the Force to provide an outstanding policing service by putting the public first in all that you do.
  • • Working effectively with local partnerships to safeguard our communities.
  • • Helping achieve the Force priorities of tackling and preventing crime, investigating crime, early intervention and prevention, ensuring Northamptonshire Police is a great place to work, being digitally enabled, and effectively operating a place-based operational model.
