Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Dementia Manager to join our team at Royal British Legion. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to individuals living with dementia, while ensuring the highest standards of risk management and wellbeing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare or social care, with a particular emphasis on dementia care. They will possess excellent communication skills, a compassionate approach, and the ability to work effectively with staff teams to deliver high-quality care.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Provide expert guidance and training to staff teams on dementia care and risk management.
  • Work closely with the Deputy Manager to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement safe and effective care plans that prioritize the wellbeing and aspirations of beneficiaries.


**Requirements:**
  • A Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience working in a care home or community setting with older adults living with dementia.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff teams.
