About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to join our team at Eurest. As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our catering and service teams, ensuring that our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and that our customers receive exceptional food and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our culinary and catering teams to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
  • Communicate regularly with your line manager to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets.
  • Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.
  • Liaise between customers and our culinary and service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Support and train our teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of catering experience.
  • Experience managing teams in a similar role.
  • Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ambitious and motivated individual who is always looking to upskill.
