About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet and Asset Coordinator to join our team at Wernick Group. As a key member of our Cabin Fleet Department, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our rapidly growing business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Raise purchase orders and allocate fleet numbers for new stock via our CRM system.
  • Process invoices for fleet purchases, ensuring accuracy and timely receipt.
  • Verify and authorise asset sales and disposals.
  • Load new assets onto the system, including associated transport costs.
  • For fleet sales on payment-in-advance terms, ensure payment is received prior to the unit's release.
  • Assist with running monthly depreciation for fleet assets and reconciliation for group companies.
  • Maintain reports on fleet insurance, value updates, and outstanding inter-depot transfers.
Requirements
  • Positive, flexible attitude and ability to work on own initiative.
  • Experience in the portable accommodation or modular building industry.
  • Strong administration ability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel to approximately 10 locations a year for stocktakes.
