As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering accurate payroll processing for over 1500 employees, providing high-quality customer-focused payroll services, and collaborating with HR and Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll for a large employee base with precision and efficiency.
  • Offer exceptional customer service to employees and management.
  • Work closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
  • Manage payroll-related tasks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Produce financial reports for the Finance team.
  • Maintain employee self-service accounts and provide guidance on queries.
Requirements:
  • Experience in processing payroll for over 1000 employees.
  • Full end-to-end payroll processing experience is essential.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
