Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in Manchester South.

About the Role

  • Provide personal care duties, including assisting with daily living tasks and promoting customer health and well-being.
  • Administer medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct manual handling, using equipment where required, to ensure safe and efficient delivery of care.
  • Promote customer independence and enable them to live their life to the full.

Requirements

  • Full and valid UK driving licence.
  • Access to a car.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Excellent level of English.

What We Offer

  • An estimated salary of £12.25 per hour, negotiable based on experience.
  • A mileage allowance of 30p per mile.
  • 28 days holiday pro rata, plus bank holidays.
  • Ongoing training and support, including a 12-week mentoring programme.
