**Job Description**:
As a Home Instead Care Professional you will provide personalised visits, allowing clients the dignity and support they deserve.

**Your role will include**:

- Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit.
- Have previous experience in giving personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming to keep them healthy and independent.
- Helping with mobility around the home.
- Overseeing medication and providing medical support.
- Helping with everyday tasks such as meal preparation and light housework.
- Must also be available to work alternate weekends and a minimum of four days during the week.
- Must be confident in working within a team.
- A good listener capable to respond to changing client’s needs.
- Friendly whilst maintaining professional boundaries.

**You must be able to cover a mixture of shifts and meet the following criteria**:
Visit times include:

- 8:15am -10:45am
- 1:00pm - 2:30pm
- 4:00pm - 5:30pm
- 7:30pm - 10.00pm.

**As a Care Professional you will benefit from**:

- **Great rates of pay £11.00 - £12.50 per hour**:

- ** Paid DBS **(conditions apply)
- ** Paid Pre-employment training** (paid once after Induction)
- ** Guaranteed Pay Contract** - based on Care Professional experience and availability
- Paid mileage of **35p per mile** between calls and **45p per mile** for travel during visits.
- ** Access to Home Instead Benefit website **with access to discounts and special offers.
- ** Double time** on **Bank Holidays.**:

- ** £200 bonus Refer a Friend scheme.**:

- Paid hours to complete nationally recognised **Care Certificate** and the opportunity to complete** NVQs and other specialist training.**:

- ** 24 hour** on-call support, **365 days of the year.** You are never on your own

**Qualifications**:

**What we need from you**:

- ** Full UK driving licence** with access to **your own car, and the desire to help **others.
- Available to work a minimum of 4 days during the week,
- Available to work alternate weekends.
