We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at a reputable privately owned hotel in Lincolnshire. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing new business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Work closely with the Front Office team to maximize revenue
- Represent the hotel at trade shows and industry events
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years hotel sales management experience
- Strong commercial outlook and sales skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of PMS and CRM systems
