Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Network Manager to join our team based in Coventry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of mobile technicians, ensuring compliance with health and safety policies, and driving quality, cost reduction, and VOR performance improvement.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of mobile technicians, including direct line management responsibilities.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Deliver a planned forward schedule of events for daily management.
  • Communicate with internal functions to ensure customer and mobile network performance.
  • Monitor KPI figures and carry out ad-hoc operational duties.

Requirements
  • Previous experience of managing a team of mobile technicians.
  • Technical knowledge of light and heavy goods commercial vehicles and good understanding of vehicle engineering and road transport law.
  • Experience of LCV/HGV maintenance planning for a large vehicle fleet.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
