Job Title: Housing and Support Administrator

Job Type: Part-time, 22.5 hours per week

Shift Patterns: Monday to Wednesday, 09:00-17:00 (negotiable)

Pay: £20 per hour, paid weekly

The Role:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Grimsby Housing Related Support services, which offer dedicated support to adults with various housing-related needs.

  1. Answering phone calls from professionals and service users;

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing efficient and responsive administrative support to our services. You will work closely with the local management team to ensure the smooth operation of our services, which cater to adults with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs.

When required, you will visit service users and support them with completing assessments of needs, creating accurate records, and devising support plans and risk assessments. An excellent standard of verbal and written English is essential, as well as an interest in working in the not-for-profit/health and social care sector.
