Mechanical Engineer

We're seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Kier Group, a leading construction and infrastructure services company. As a Graduate Mechanical Engineer, you'll be responsible for assisting in the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems for various projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the design and development of mechanical systems for projects.
- Supporting the preparation of detailed drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Conducting site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Collaborating with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.
- Assisting in the preparation of technical reports, documentation, and project updates.

We're looking for individuals due to graduate in 2025, or have recently graduated within the past three years, with a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Key skills include strong interest in mechanical engineering and project management, excellent organizational and time management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and a full UK driving licence.
