About the Role

We are seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer to join our team on an industrial placement. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design and development of mechanical systems for projects.
  • Support the preparation of detailed drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.

Requirements
  • Currently studying a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Option or requirement to complete a placement year from 2025 - 2026.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence.
