We are seeking a Wine Service Associate to join our team at Vagabond Wines, an award-winning wine bar and kitchen in London. As a Wine Service Associate, you will be responsible for interacting with our guests, serving drinks and food, and advising on our extensive wine selection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests
  • Serving drinks and food to tables, maintaining a high level of efficiency and accuracy
  • Advising and up-selling on our wine products, sharing knowledge and passion with our customers
  • Clearing tables and maintaining a clean and organized environment
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve excellent service standards
  • Maintaining our wine machines and ensuring smooth service throughout
