Quantity Surveyor Job Description

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Oswestry, Shropshire. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, including budget control, acquiring sub-contractors and materials, and arranging valuation reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects from inception to completion
  • Control budgets and acquire sub-contractors and materials
  • Arrange valuation reports and provide support to the commercial and site teams
  • Run multiple complex projects and be highly organized
Requirements:
  • Quantity Surveying background working on New Build Commercial Projects
  • Experience in Construction and Education and Healthcare sectors
  • Excellent communication and management skills
  • Looking for a Commercial Manager role with progression opportunities
