Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment Limited. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the success of our clients' projects, working on new build and refurbishment projects within the education and healthcare sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Coordinate and manage site visits, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the commercial and site teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a strong background in new build and refurbishment projects.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
