Nursery Practitioner Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will work closely with our teaching team to deliver a high-quality curriculum that meets the needs of each child. You will be responsible for creating a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment that fosters curiosity and builds confidence. This full-time, long-term position is perfect for someone who is dedicated to supporting the development of children aged 3-5.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons that promote social, emotional, and educational development.
- Maintaining accurate records of children's progress and collaborating with teachers and parents to inform instruction.
- Fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active learning.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a relevant early years qualification, as well as previous experience working within the EYFS framework. Enhanced DBS clearance is also required. This position offers an estimated salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum.
