About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Galliford Try within our Environment Business.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the project management of Mechanical, Electrical and Civil installation schemes, working on our Yorkshire Water Frameworks.
You will lead a team, managing multiple concurrent projects across the Framework to ensure successful delivery against project KPI's, adhering to current Health & Safety regulations and Environmental legislation.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, closely liaising with other departments, such as tendering and design, to ensure resources are correctly allocated and client requirements are fully achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, Environmental legislation, and company policies.
- Monitor and report project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers.
Requirements:
- Relevant industry experience, preferably in the water and sewage industries.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations, Environmental legislation, and company policies.
- Relevant certifications, such as CSCS card, IOSH, or CITD Day Site Safety Management (SMSTS).
