Community Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Community Mental Health Nurse to join our team in North Aberdeenshire. As a key member of our Adult Community Mental Health team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload and supervising healthcare support workers and Band 5 staff.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of patients with complex mental health needs
- Supervise healthcare support workers and Band 5 staff
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct assessments and provide treatment recommendations
- Registered Mental Nurse with post-registration experience
- Excellent communication and clinical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Driver's license and access to a car
