NHS Grampian is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Community Mental Health Nurse to join our North Aberdeenshire Adult Community Mental Health team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload and supervising Healthcare Support Workers and Band 5 staff, as well as students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of patients with mental health needs
- Supervise Healthcare Support Workers and Band 5 staff
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to students
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the needs of patients
Requirements:
- Registered Mental Nurse with post-registration experience
- Excellent communication and clinical skills
- Ability to self-motivate and manage own time
- Driver's License and access to a car
