Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Staff Nurse in Primary Care. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver routine clinics and care within the Health Centre and Residential Prison Halls
  • Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary health team and the Scottish Prison Service
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of a robust Prison Nursing Team

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a caring environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in developing health and care knowledge in relation to prison nursing
  • Ability to cope with the demands of the prison environment
