About the Role
The Community Chaplain will be responsible for providing spiritual support and care to individuals and communities in need. This will involve working closely with our team to develop and implement programs that promote well-being and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide spiritual support and care to individuals and communities
* Develop and implement programs that promote well-being and community engagement
* Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality services
* Build relationships with local stakeholders and partners
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., theology, counseling, social work)
* Proven experience in pastoral care or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organizational and time management skills
