We are seeking an inspirational and highly effective Education Coordinator to support our Multi Academy Trust in achieving educational excellence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as the school's primary First Aid Officer, managing the Medical Room and medical records, and supporting students with pastoral needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing medical care and support to students
  • Managing medical records and consents
  • Supporting disadvantaged students to improve their academic performance, behavior, and attendance
  • Dealing effectively with parental complaints and recommending improvements to procedures

This is a 39-week contract, working 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 3.30pm. The estimated salary for this role is around £24,000-£28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
