About the Role

As a Product Management Specialist at Nationwide Building Society, you will play a key role in managing relationships with our third-party partners. Your focus will be on ensuring that our partners deliver high-quality services to our customers, in line with contractual obligations. You will identify areas for improvement and work with our partners to implement changes and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage the performance of our third-party partners, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and deliver high-quality services to our customers.
  • Identify areas for improvement and work with our partners to implement changes and deliver results.
  • Use management information to undertake trend analysis and communicate with our partners and internal stakeholders as required.
  • Facilitate governance meetings with our partners, ensuring timely inputs and outputs that align with our internal Supplier Management Framework.
  • Communicate with key stakeholders across Mortgages and Financial Wellbeing on how our partners are delivering against the service strategy.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in supplier management, with a focus on driving improved customer experiences. You will also need to have previous experience of working with third-party service providers, within financial services, demonstrating strong relationship management and stakeholder communication skills both verbally and in writing. Additionally, you will need to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify underperformance, including expertise using Excel and PowerPoint to present findings. You will also need to be a strategic thinker, able to independently piece together complex information to propose the best way to resolve issues and identify service improvement opportunities. Finally, you will need to be self-sufficient, have good organisational skills, and the ability to proactively manage your own work.
