Compassionate Care Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead.
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our elderly clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and medication management
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
- Work collaboratively with other care professionals to ensure coordinated care
Requirements:
- Qualifications in healthcare or a related field (desirable)
- Experience working with elderly clients (desirable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
