We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Circle Health Group. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

You will be committed to delivering high-quality care that meets the highest standards and is tailored to the individual needs of each patient.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, performing ECG recordings, and assisting with phlebotomy duties.
  • Work as an integral part of the nursing and multi-disciplinary team to deliver care, maintain, and enhance customer service and satisfaction.
  • Conduct yourself professionally within the HCA standard framework, understanding the standards in accordance with the Nursing Midwifery Council (NMC) Codes of professional Conduct and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Demonstrate competence in the role of Healthcare Assistant within the scope of your working areas.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Able to perform phlebotomy duties & ECG recordings.
  • Care Certificate.
  • Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence.
  • Proficient in the use of a PC, including the use of software and systems.
  • Previous experience in a Healthcare Assistant role.
  • Experience of customer care, including interacting with customers in challenging situations.
