Job Opportunity: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role: As a Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and mobility.
  • Assisting clients with their daily routines, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Preparing meals and snacks for clients, as needed.
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in activities and conversations that promote their physical and mental well-being.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A caring and compassionate nature, with a strong desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
  • Physical stamina and mobility, with the ability to lift, move, and transfer clients as needed.
  • A valid first aid certificate and a willingness to undergo additional training and development opportunities.
