The Role
We are seeking a skilled Flooring Specialist to join our team at Fortem Cares, working on our Stonewater housing contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out flooring maintenance, ensuring all work is undertaken to a high standard with minimal supervision.
The Project
The role involves laying vinyl flooring, cap and cove, and wet room installations. The ideal candidate will have experience in flooring maintenance, be able to work independently, and meet the company's health and safety guidelines.
Essential and Desirable Criteria
The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:
- Vinyl floor laying experience
- Cap and cove experience
- Knowledge of wet rooms
- Social Housing experience (desirable)
