Job Title: Service Coordinator Housing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Coordinator Housing Specialist to join our team at Finch Henry Job Corps Center. As a key member of our housing operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our residents and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our supported housing services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality support and leadership to staff, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to excel in their roles.
  • Manage the overall day-to-day operational delivery of our services, working closely with residents, staff, and stakeholders to provide a holistic and effective service.
  • Ensure service responsibilities and requirements are carried out effectively, including welfare checks, risk assessments, support sessions, and safeguarding checks.
  • Work proactively to ensure our services meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators, and adhere to professional codes of conduct.
Requirements:
  • Understanding and/or experience of working with people of complex backgrounds, ex-offenders, mental health, substance misuse, and challenging behaviors.
  • Previous experience in people management and development, with a focus on leadership and team management.
  • IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to navigate and learn new case management systems and other organizational software.
  • Ability to promote the service and provide outreach-based provision, with an ability to liaise and work effectively in partnership with stakeholders.
