Job Title: Business Analyst
Contract: 3-month rolling contract (minimum 3 months)
Location: On-site (3 days a week every week) - Bradford
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team on a rolling contract. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully collecting, analysing, and managing data to support business objectives. This role requires a proactive individual who can collaborate effectively with multiple teams, solve complex business problems, and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, analyse, and interpret data to support business decision-making processes.
- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for technical teams.
- Data Management: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across relevant systems.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve business processes using data-driven insights.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports that present data findings and insights to senior management.
- On-Site Collaboration: Be present on-site 3 days a week to collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with a focus on data collection, data analysis, and management.
- Adaptability: Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
Key Requirements
- Must be able to work on-site 3 days a week.
- Available to start ASAP.
- This is a rolling contract with a minimum commitment of 3 months.
