Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic People Leadership: Collaborate with our Executive Director of Quality and People to develop and implement strategic people-focused initiatives that align with our organizational priorities and objectives.
  • Operational Leadership: Provide day-to-day operational leadership and guidance to our People team, ensuring effective execution of people-related initiatives and maintaining high standards of employee engagement, development, and well-being.
  • Policy Development: Oversee the development and implementation of people-focused policies and procedures to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Skills: Exceptional consulting skills and stakeholder management, up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and best practice, and an intuitive, analytical, and proactive approach to day-to-day work practices.
