About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Nurse to join our team at HMP Lancaster Farms. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical and mental health needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to address patients' health needs
  • Provide medication management and treatment options for patients with complex health needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Assess and manage patients who may have experienced traumatic events

What You'll Need:

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification and experience in a secure environment
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
