We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Nurse to join our team at HMP Lancaster Farms. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will work closely with colleagues to provide comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, and implement treatment options for patients with complex mental health needs.
As a Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for undertaking medication rounds, assessing and treating patients who have experienced trauma, and ensuring the physical and mental health of prisoners is assessed and addressed throughout their period of custody.
You will work in a fast-paced environment, using your clinical knowledge and skills to make informed decisions and provide high-quality care. Your ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and communicate effectively with patients will be essential in this role.
