Job Description

Rullion is seeking a skilled Industrialisation Process Engineer to join their team at Materials Solutions in Worcester.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a global leading energy client and contribute to the development of innovative manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute development programs to improve manufacturing processes
  • Define, plan, and lead R&D activities with the technology development team
  • Interface with internal counterparts on R&D projects
  • Provide status reports to project managers and senior management
  • Drive the implementation of new manufacturing processes and tools
  • Ensure quality requirements are met during AM process development
  • Spearhead the adoption of the latest AM best practices
  • Troubleshoot problems and find innovative solutions
  • Coordinate with other disciplines within Siemens Energy
Requirements:
  • University degree or relevant experience in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
  • Basic understanding of Additive Manufacturing Processes and their optimisation
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with internal customers and external partners
  • Autonomous working and self-initiative, strategic thinking, and organisational skills
  • Ability to work as an integral part of an agile team
  • Good computer competency with office suite tools and MRP systems
