About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Services Director to join our team at Liberty. As a key member of our administration department, you will be responsible for directing day-to-day operations, planning, and coordination across various contracts.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £30,500 per annum, plus excellent benefits, including a pension scheme, 23 days annual leave, and a range of other perks.

Job Description
  • Direct day-to-day administration and planning team across a range of contracts
  • Support the Operations Manager and collaborate with customer service advisors, work coordinators, team leaders, engineers, group customer experience teams, and other stakeholders
  • Coordinate admin team functions
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives
  • Enhance personal and team performance
Requirements
  • NVQ or equivalent in supervision/line management (desired)
  • Background in scheduling and call handling systems
  • Proven experience as a manager
  • Technical skills, specifically Microsoft Office
  • Able to inspire and motivate team members
  • Effective coaching techniques
