Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Call Centre Manager to lead our customer service team in the UK. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in front-line management, excellent IT skills, and the ability to engage and motivate staff. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, providing support to the service delivery manager, and coaching administration teams.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the planning and administration teams across multiple contracts
• Provide expertise to ensure accuracy in all administrative activities
• Mentor and develop a team of administrators
• Serve as a point of contact for customer escalations

Requirements:
• NVQ or equivalent in supervision/line management (desired)
• Experience with scheduling and call handling systems
• Front-line management experience
• IT skills, including MS Office
• Ability to engage and motivate staff
• Coaching and analytical skills
• Leadership and communication skills
