About the Role

We are seeking a talented Corporate Donor Development Specialist to join our team at Helen & Douglas House. As part of our fundraising department, you will play a key role in identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building strong relationships with donors and stakeholders, and contributing to the development of our annual budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage existing donor relationships, including regular communication, reporting, and stewardship activities.
  • Develop and execute strategies to attract new external partners and increase revenue through corporate donations.
  • Create comprehensive cultivation and management plans to drive long-term relationships and maximize giving potential.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in external partnerships or fundraising, preferably in a charity or not-for-profit setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform fundraising decisions.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a generous benefits package, including 27 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, flexible Annual Leave, life assurance, and a Group Personal Pension scheme.
