Job Overview:
As a Field Based Forklift Engineer with Briggs Equipment, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all work meets engineering standards. Your responsibilities will include performing equipment inspections, identifying further work required, and ensuring customer awareness. You will also be responsible for completing job documentation and raising estimates.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Field Based Forklift Engineer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and that customers are satisfied with the service they receive. The ideal candidate will have a relevant technical qualification and a good understanding of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performing regular equipment inspections to ensure that all machines are in good working order.
  • Identifying any further work required on machines and informing customers.
  • Completing job documentation and obtaining necessary signatures.
  • Raising estimates for services provided.

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive base salary of up to £36,000 per annum, overtime at 1.5x Monday to Saturday and 2x on Sunday, and a contributory pension scheme. We also offer future career opportunities, paycare and eyecare health schemes, and high street discounts.
