Field-Based Engineering Expert Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field-Based Engineering Expert to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role involves conducting inspections and surveys of Cranes and other Lifting Equipment to ensure compliance with current statutory requirements.

As a Field-Based Engineering Expert, you will be responsible for providing high-quality services to our clients, ensuring the safety and efficiency of lifting operations across various industries. Your strong understanding of LOLER/PUWER regulations and excellent working knowledge of testing and inspecting equipment will enable you to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough inspections of Cranes and other Lifting Equipment to identify any defects or non-compliance with statutory regulations.
  2. Undertake surveys across diverse industries to ensure adherence to LOLER/PUWER standards.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience as an Engineer Surveyor or Statutory Inspector in Lifting Equipment.
  • Excellent working knowledge of testing and inspecting equipment to LOLER/PUWER/H&S regulations.
  • UK driving license and use of own car.
