Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team at ePac UK Silverstone. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs and developing persuasive proposals to meet their needs
- Acquire new customers and accounts through high-volume cold calling and prospecting
- Work collaboratively with internal partners and sales team members to drive revenue and achieve sales targets
- Support customer accounts as required to optimize revenue and maintain customer service
- Proven track record of sales success, with a strong ability to multitask and navigate CRM systems
- Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment
- Product line knowledge and sales experience in the flexible packaging industry, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences
- Ability to work with multiple departments within the organization and maintain client communication
