About the Role:

We are looking for a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor and Retrofit Assessor to support the delivery of our short-term contracts. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking retrofit assessments in accordance with PAS 2035, taking relevant photographs of properties, and uploading them to our central data system.

As a Community Assessor, you will also be required to write up survey reports using a template format provided by the company and issue them to clients. You will need to hold ECMK accreditation and be competent on Corelogic software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake retrofit assessments in accordance with PAS 2035
  • Take relevant photographs of properties and upload them to our central data system
  • Write up survey reports using a template format provided by the company
  • Issue survey reports to clients
  • Hold ECMK accreditation and be competent on Corelogic software
Requirements:
  • Domestic Energy Assessor and Retrofit Assessor qualification
  • Experience of supporting and assisting individuals from vulnerable communities
  • Knowledge of the housing sector
  • Ability to work on own initiative, planning work schedules and working time
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Full, clean driving licence
  • Flexible (some weekend and evening work may be required)
