About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Recruitment Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for a variety of roles. They will also collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for various roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions that align with business goals.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, recruitment agencies, and social media.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles to ensure timely recruitment when vacancies arise.
- Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the process.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment status and feedback on candidates.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to promote Clarke Energy as an employer of choice through various platforms and recruitment marketing efforts.
- Maintain a strong relationship with external recruitment agencies, negotiating terms and managing performance.
- Manage offer process, including negotiating compensation packages and coordinating the onboarding of new hires.
- Track and analyse recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and report to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all employment regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the energy, engineering, or construction industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and talent market trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Familiar with HR software.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
