Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting lessons for all pupils
- Differentiate support methods to meet the needs of all pupils
- Aid the class teacher
- Commit to the wider life of the school and the community of the school
- Attend CPD sessions (Where relevant/required)
- Safeguarding pupils (As per school's policies)
Requirements:
- A teaching assistant with relevant qualifications or experience
- Recent experience working as a teaching assistant in a Primary School or Nursery
- Up to date knowledge of the EYFS/KS1 Curriculum and methods to support this
- Strong behaviour management, strong classroom presence and awareness of school policies
- Flexibility to work with children of differing abilities and ensure high attainment in the class
Salary: £11.85-£12.50 per hour
