Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at W P Recruitment HR Ltd. As a Contact Centre Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling complaints, and processing information with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer calls within set timescales and handle complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide and process information with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain in-house computerized systems and adhere to standards.
- Compile accurate messages and produce reports as required.
- Liaise with internal departments, external agencies, contractors, and the public.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service experience, including complaint handling, within an office-based environment.
- Good level of administrative and organizational skills.
- Experience of inbound call centre operations is preferred, but a good telephone manner and communication skills are essential.
- Good computer literacy and attention to detail with the ability to learn new systems.
- Flexibility with working hours.
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate of £11.44 per hour worked during day shift and £15.21 per hour worked during night shift.
- Rate increases after 12 weeks.
