As a Contact Centre Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling complaints, and processing information with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer calls within set timescales and handle complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide and process information with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain in-house computerized systems and adhere to standards.
  • Compile accurate messages and produce reports as required.
  • Liaise with internal departments, external agencies, contractors, and the public.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service experience, including complaint handling, within an office-based environment.
  • Good level of administrative and organizational skills.
  • Experience of inbound call centre operations is preferred, but a good telephone manner and communication skills are essential.
  • Good computer literacy and attention to detail with the ability to learn new systems.
  • Flexibility with working hours.

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate of £11.44 per hour worked during day shift and £15.21 per hour worked during night shift.
  • Rate increases after 12 weeks.
