About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Asset Management Specialist to join our IT Optimization team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate management of technology software assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain centralized processes for software asset management
  • Ensure accurate compliance of software with vendors and internal audits
  • Prepare and optimize effective license positions for major vendors
  • Develop and maintain asset management tooling and databases
  • Ensure accurate reporting of vendor compliance
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software asset management
  • Good working knowledge of complex licensing for major vendors such as Microsoft and Oracle
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and associated licensing models
  • Experience analyzing and preparing effective license positions
  • Proficiency in at least one SAM tool (e.g. Snow, Flexera, License Optimizer, Xensam)
